Character Sheets

Just a question for the entire crew.  On a scale of 1 to 10, how important do you find having a pre-printed character sheet.   I know I usually prefer writing my characters on plain paper.  I'm working on a sheet for the campaign, but wanted to know how much time should waste on it.

  1. I'm going to say, for me, five-ish. I'd prefer to have a real character sheet that I won't mistake for scrap paper, but then again I've rolled up plenty of 1e characters on college rule writing paper (had to have something to do in school as a kid). I don't think it'll be too big a deal, as I don't think we'll have a whole bunch of weird crap to keep track of (maybe, what, traits that will be beyond the normal?). I figure I'll probably have seperate sheets for big things other than the character stats.

  2. Zero. I would prefer to make my own sheets.
